A Novel Interrupted-Sampling Repeater Jamming Suppression Method Based on Time-Frequency Analysis and Target Sparse Reconstruction

Interrupted-sampling repeater jamming (ISRJ) is a new kind of coherent for linear frequency modulation (LFM) signals. Based on digital radio memory (DRFM), ISRJ can generate multiple false target groups by intercepting, storing, and retransmitting radar signal fragments, which significantly affects the postprocessing results systems. Furthermore, due to fragment interception ISRJ, targets present regular discontinuous time-frequency (TF) distribution in contrast with real targets. Considering this intrinsic property nature study proposes method based TF analysis sparse reconstruction address suppression issue. In method, echo first sparsely represented obtain both positions. Then, according acquired positions, information entropy features are extracted data subsequent identification. Finally, guided identification result, be retained reconstructed adaptive filtering domain realize suppression. Simulations have validated effectiveness proposed under various situations.
